executed for MetOp-A at the indicated time (Burn duration = 5.915
seconds). As a result, reduced data quality should be expected for data
sensed during this period. GRAS products will be degraded for up to 4
hours following the manoeuvre. This manoeuvre replaces a nominal
manoeuvre schedule for 17/02/2016.
