*Details/Specifics of Change: *On February 17, 2016, Wallops, VA, CDA,
will perform necessary maintenance on its DOMSAT antenna. As a result,
Meteosat-10 HRIT data broadcast will be interrupted for up to two hours
via the NOAA DOMSAT broadcast during /one/ of the following two time
periods:
1230 UTC - 1405 UTC
/or/
1430 UTC - 1550 UTC.
This data interruption will affect all Meteosat-10 data users of the
NOAA DOMSAT broadcast service.
