Detail:		Due to a firewall maintenance at the US NOAA
Environmental
Satellite Processing Center (ESPC), data from all US EARS stations as
well as Suomi-NPP, GOES15 and SSMIS might be interrupted or delayed
during the indicated times. [Rev. 2]: This maintenance has been
postponed due to the declaration of a Critical Weather Day in the US.
Instead of 24/02/2016, it is now planned for 03/03/2016.
