Additionaly, the 1Dvar solution for occultations that fail the 1Dvar qualitiy check will then also be available, but with a quality flag (descriptor 0 33 039 in BUFR, bit 7) indicating that 'Meteorological processing' was non-nominal. [Rev 2]: This upgrade has been postponed by ROM-SAF. ROM-SAF is appreciating user feedback on this upgrade until Thursday 25/02/2016.
