    available on EUMETCast. This product will replace the current ASCAT
    Regional Ocean Surface Winds at 12.5 km Node Grid. Both products
    will be distributed in parallel from 03/03/2016 to 29/03/2016, at
    which date the current product will be discontinued. For full
