Detail:		Maintenance upgrade of the NRT processing system at
ROM SAF.
The data quality will not change, but the reference azimuth angle
(descriptor 0 05 021 in BUFR, Data Field 36) will be the one
provided by
EUMETSAT instead of the one computed at the ROM SAF. Additionaly, the
1Dvar solution for occultations that fail the 1Dvar qualitiy check will
then also be available, but with a quality flag (descriptor 0 33 039 in
BUFR, bit 7) indicating that 'Meteorological processing' was
non-nominal. [Rev 2]: This upgrade has been postponed by ROM-SAF.
ROM-SAF is appreciating user feedback on this upgrade until Thursday
25/02/2016. [Rev 3]: Rescheduled from 22/02/2015 to 29/02/2015. A short
delay in data delivery can be expected during the upgrade.
