frequency interference. Telemetry was established approximately 30
seconds after Stored Mission Data (SMD) dump began. Ground crew will
accomplish data recovery on next scheduled contact, Svalbard 22519 at
14:43 UTC. Recovery and process should be completed by 18:00 UTC.
