Details/Specifics of Change: Loss of
telemetry was observed from NPP ground crew during Svalbard
contact 23021 due to incorrect antenna times at Svalbard.
Telemetry was established before end of contact but not enough
time to recover Stored Mission Data (SMD) from site.
Approximately one minute of SMD data was recovered. Ground crew
will accomplish a double data dump on next scheduled contact,
Svalbard 23022 at 01:41 Z. Recovery and process should be
completed by 08:00 Z.
