Detail:		Upgrade to CSPP SDR software version 2.2. The scale
and offset
values to convert from DN (digital counts) to radiance have been
changed
for 6 IR channels. No impact is expected on the actual radiance values.
The effects of the above are visible in the radiance DN values for the
IR channels. This is compensated by adjusted scale and offsets
(RadianceFactors).
