Detail:		The update to the OSI SAF Global Sea Ice Concentration
product
(see announcement #1326) will slightly impact the EARS-NWC products as
OSI SAF Global Sea Ice Concentration maps are used as ancillary
data for
the EARS-NWC product generation. The new OSI SAF Global Sea Ice
Concentration products get closer to the coast, and do not have missing
data values in coastal areas as the old ones had.
