Center (ESPC) will be performing required router maintenance on
Thursday, June 2, 2016, between 1400 - 1500 UTC. The nature of this
work may cause intermittent connectivity issues our Internet customers.
Access to all ESPC products during the firewall maintenance window will
be available to NCEP users. An extended outage for this maintenance is
not expected, however drops in connectivity may occur during this time.

there are other significant operational issues warranting
