On June 30, 2016, the Global Precipitation Mission (GPM) GMI Level-1
Common Calibrated Brightness Temperatures (L1C-R) in BUFR format
will be
implemented into the ESPC operation. The GPM BUFR file follows the name
convention as:
1C-R.GPM.GMI.XCAL2015-C./yyyymmdd/-S/hhmmss/-E/hhmmss/.V04A.bufr**
This GPM BUFR product will be made available to NOAA users in
supporting
their needs for using GPM GMI radiance in data assimilation.
