Details/Specifics of Change:   The primary Data Distribution server went down at 1804Z interrupting the delivery of all products to users.  All data was captured and processed by IDPS during the outage but was not delivered.  The server was returned to operation and the IDPS system was restarted at 1946Z and is fully operational.  All users should be seeing the restoration of data delivery.
