Detail:		On 21st of September the following updates will be
applied on
board Metop B for the SEM instrument. The Electron CDEM Bias Voltage
level will be increased from level 1 to level 2, and the proton
detector
bias will be increased from level 2 to level 3.This will increase
sensitivity to compensate for instrument aging. This is a routine
activity.Exact times to be provided nearer the start date.
