Detail:		Reprocessed OSI SAF Metop-A ASCAT L2 25 km and 12.5
km winds
are now available to the users. Climate Data Records have been created
covering the period from January 2007 until March 2014. Scatterometer
data have been collocated with ECMWF ERA-Interim winds and
scatterometer
level 2 wind products have been created at 25 km
(http://dx.doi.org/10.15770/EUM_SAF_OSI_0006) and 12.5 km
(http://dx.doi.org/10.15770/EUM_SAF_OSI_0007) swath grids. The
reprocessed data, in BUFR and NetCDF format, will be available online
soon from the EUMETSAT Data Centre. For now, the data are available
from
KNMI on request. More information, including the Product User
Manual and
Validation Report is available on
