Detail:		EUMETSAT will introduce Wave Optics processing for
GRAS L1b
data on 20/10/2016 (see Announcement Nr. 2240). In relation to this
change, the ROM SAF will introduce additional QC (Quality Control)
checks of the level 2a (refractivity) and 2b (1D-Var) products. The ROM
SAF operational system will be upgraded with these additional QC checks
on 13/10/2016. As a result, more profiles will be marked non-nominal.
