since the
upgrade of the GRAS Radio Occultation Level 1b processing to Wave
Optics
(Ann. Nr. 2240). As a consequence, GRAS Level 1 processing has been
temporarily rolled back to the previous version (4.3, geometrical
optics) on 21/10/2016 at 09:37 UTC sensing time for Metop-A and
at 12:14

root causes are on-going. As a consequence, Metop-B AMSU-A
channel 15 (89 GHz) data will remain unusable until further
notice. In the meantime, users are encouraged to assimilate
Metop-B MHS channel 1 measurements, which also provide
sensing information in the 89 GHz frequency
