Details/Specifics of Change:  ATMS data for contacts 25828, 25829 and 25830 was received at IDPS from the spacecraft but was not processing higher order products due to a hold-up in the ATMS processing group controller. A recycle of this group controller resumed processing and all data was delivered out of IDPS.

Some SNPP products may be gracefully degraded until full set of ancillary data is received and processed.
