*Details and Specifics of Change: *Environmental Satellite Processing
Center (ESPC) will be performing required maintenance on Tuesday
November 15, 2016, between 1500 - 1800z.The nature of this work may
cause intermittent connectivity issues for our NCEP and SAB users. An
extended outage for this maintenance is not expected; however, drops in
connectivity may occur during this time.
This maintenance will NOT be done on a Critical Weather Day, nor if
there are other significant operational issues warranting postponement.
