Detail:		Change to the Meteosat-8 HRV window: the upper HRV
window is
currently shifted westward at 17:00 UTC. From 25/11/2016 11:00 UTC and
until further notice, the initial position of the upper HRV window will
start approximately 500km to the west and the subsequent shift westward
conducted at 14:00 UTC to make better use of sun illumination and
retain
consistency with Meteosat-10 imaging.
