Detail:		The new Global Sea Ice Concentration OSI-401-b product
(introduced in May 2016 to replace OSI-401-a) contains spurious ice
measurements in the ice concentration fields. OSI SAF is working on a
solution to remove the spurious ice. As an interim solution, OSI
SAF has
developed a Python program, to filter the spurious ice using the ice
edge product, see the URL provided below.This program may remove some
valid ice in addition to the spurious ice.
