At 25/1851 UTC - FMCC reported that there is an S11 SARP issue and will work with EUMETSAT to reset the S11 SARP instrument. At 25/1948 UTC - FMCC reported the SARP instrument has been restarted. At 26/0937 UTC - USMCC received telemetry notification of a SARP power cycle. At 26/1155 UTC - USMCC received new time calibration (TCAL) data for S11 from FMCC and installed in all US Ground stations. At 26/1312 UTC - USMCC confirmed location accuracy has returned to normal for US Ground stations that have tracked S11 after the new TCAL was installed. *Impact: *Significant - Loss of Storage/Forward Capability. Details/Specifics of Change: 

At 25/1518 UTC - USMCC Controller discovered that no new SARP data was being received from the S11 (METOP-A) satellite and sent a message to FMCC reporting the issue.

At 25/1851 UTC - FMCC reported that there is an S11 SARP issue and will work with EUMETSAT to reset the S11 SARP instrument.
