*Update #2:*ESPC is now receiving COSMIC data.

Update #1:* The Cosmic data provider has informed ESPC that they have
stopped getting data from the COSMIC6 satellite at 2223Z. The COSMIC1
satellite is have a receiver problem. If NSPO can issue the reset
commands we may see data from it starting at doy 075 0742Z.
