This correction change will be done within the JPSS Command and Control Orbit operations system effective on that date and time. After December 19, 2017 at 1352Z, the identifiers/ designations will be properly reflected in NOAA-20 (JPSS-1)'s orbital elements: NORAD ID of *43013 *and the International Designation/ID as *2017-073A *- the ID *17073A* will be utilized within NOAA-20 (JPSS-1)'s TLE data format. At this time, NOAA-20 (JPSS-1) is still undergoing a post-launch checkout and until the satellite has been declared operational, its data are preliminary and are undergoing testing.
