THROUGH 12/0615 UTC DUE TO WEATHER CLOUDS COVERING THE AREA.  
A GUAYAQUIL SIGMET INDICATES THAT AT 11/2004 UTC THE
GEOPHYSICAL INSTITUTE OBSERVED ASH OVER THE VOLCANO AND THE
ASH WAS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST.

TRAJECTORY: UPPER AIR PATTERNS SUGGEST THAT ANY ASH BETWEEN
THE SUMMIT AND FL240 WILL MOVE TOWARD THE WEST AT ABOUT 15
KNOTS.
