REMARKS: THERE IS BROKEN CLOUDCOVER AROUND THE
VOLCANO AND A FAINT INDICATION OF A PLUME MOVING
SOUTHWEST FROM THE SUMMIT.  IT IS DIFFICULT TO
SAY IF IT FROM THE VOLCANO OR IF IT MOUNTAIN
CLOUD.  TWICE THIS MORNING THE OBSERVATORY HAS
SEEN THE PLUME TO AN ESTIMATED FL200-FL230 MOVING
BASICLY WEST.  LITTLE CHANGE IN PLUME DIRECTION
